Born in 1970 by the American Motors Corporation, the AMC Hornet replaced the humble Rambler American as the USA’s new must have compact automobile.
The Hornet is a true classic with it’s basic model serving it’s master for 18 years until 1988.
Loved by many, abhored by a minority, the hornet has stuck a chord in the hearts of many classic car enthusiasts and spurred me on to create this website and dedicate a little bit of cyber space to this beautiful machine.
